The DeepDrop® system is designed to optimize direct irrigation in the root zone. The process starts with the irrigation water flowing through the general piping. This water is diverted to the self-compensating dripper through a hose. This dripper, visible through a capsule, regulates the water flow, guaranteeing a constant and uniform flow regardless of the pressure.

From the base of the capsule, water is channeled through a tube that directs it about 40 cm deep under the soil, reaching directly the roots of the plants. This system allows the formation of a moisture bulb of approximately 60 cm, ensuring efficient water distribution and reducing losses due to evaporation or surface runoff.

The Integrated DeepDrop® System is an innovative solution designed to optimize existing irrigation systems by directing water directly to plant roots. Compatible with 16 mm integrated dripper tubing, the DeepDrop® system easily adapts to your existing irrigation infrastructure.

How does the Integrated DeepDrop® System work?

Dropper encapsulation:
The capsule and capsule base encapsulate the tubing section containing the integrated dripper.
Water redirection:
Water is redirected to the subsoil through the 25 cm tube attached to the base of the capsule.
Precise irrigation:

The DeepDrop® Subsurface Drip Irrigation System installs in 3 easy steps:

  1. We make a hole near the plant of about 30 or 40 cm deep. 30 or 40 cm deep. (It may vary depending on the depth of the root of the plant).

The DeepDrop® drip irrigation system adapts to the pipes of traditional drip irrigation systems, i.e., 16mm, 18mm or 20mm blind pipes.

DeepDrop® Integrated System fits into pipes with 16mm integrated drippers and adapts to the current irrigation system you have installed.

  1. Make a hole
    The first step is to make a hole between 30 and 40 cm. (It will vary depending on the depth of the root of the plant).
  2. Insert tube
    Insert the tube into the hole you have just drilled. There should be a gap between the tube and the base of the hole.
  3. Encapsulate pipe section
    Take the transparent capsule and the base of the capsule, join both parts in the section of the pipe in which it has an integrated dripper, encapsulating that section. Finally, insert the base of the capsule into the buried pipe.

And that’s it! You now have a subway irrigation system with visual control.
